As the year begins to approach its conclusion, we are happy to usher in another Annual General Meeting for 2024 where we will be given the reports for the current year at the society, vote on various constitutional changes, and most importantly electing the Executive team for 2025.

⚠️2025 New Executive Training will be held on the 20th & 21st of October 2024 in-person at the Roundhouse.Â
At least TWO Executives from each Club are required to attend ONE of the days. If you are nominating for an Executive position, please save these dates.

Depending on the changes outlined in the above constitutional draft changes, the voting system may be different.
Previously, the elections were done using the 'first-past-the-post' system.
This meeting will attempt to adopt the constitutionally proposed change of using the 'optional preferential' voting system.
This will done by using an online service that has been suggested by Arc to societies for the purposes of these elections.
Proxy voting is valid; however, you must notify the Executive prior to the meeting commencing.
